Excellent opportunity to work for a leading distribution company located in Anaheim.

This position is temp to perm

$30 an hr Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Job Description:

• Responsible of daily/weekly/monthly orders
• Evaluate and facilitate approval on all purchase orders and ensure accuracy of all deliveries
• Authorize payment for purchases by reviewing invoices and related documentation
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels consistent with targeted inventory goals
• Follow up with vendors on open POs and clear void POs from system
• Conduct monthly inventory count
• Ensure compliance of product specification and food safety

Qualifications:

• Proactive and self-organized
• Understanding purchasing terminology, and cost analysis
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines
• Project management, strong communication skills
• Experience in vendor relationship preferred
• Attention to detail involving thorough review of orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Should excel in maintaining organized product information files and purchase order records
• Knowledge and ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Ability to review, analyze and process large amounts of information to interpret findings
