Job Title: Jr. Buyer

This role will be responsible for working on tasks assigned as needed in addition to entering, updating, and tracking certain purchase orders. Additional tasks will include assisting with Purchase Order, Receiving, and Inventory functions as needed.

Reporting To: Purchasing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Documentation & Reporting Compliance

· Ethics Cross-Functional Collaboration

Minimum Qualifications:

· B.A. in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

· 1-2 years in a buying or procurement role

· Detail oriented

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

· Proficient in data entry and general computer skills. Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office and ERP.

Working conditions are typically that of a manufacturing environment, with occasional exposure to high noise levels, extreme temperatures, and heavy machinery. It may require standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.

Hourly Rate: $18-$21 (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: 7AM - 3:30PM / Mon- Fri (overtime available on an as-needed basis)
