Responsibilities:

4. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and trends in the food industry.
5. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions.
7. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
8. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to food safety and quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the food industry.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards is a plus.
