Seeking a dedicated Assistant Buyer for Whistle Club, a designer women's clothing boutique.

Responsibilities:

· Write, document and track all purchase orders

· Follow up on orders and track shipments

· Receive and tag all merchandise

· Pull reporting and analytics

· Manage markdowns

· Assist in e-commerce operations including photoshoots, writing product descriptions, homepage design, shipping, processing returns, etc.

· Become expert on all Whistle Club merchandise, designers, and procedures

· Be competent and key point person for all product knowledge and education

· Meet/exceed monthly sales goals

· Provide top-notch customer service

Qualifications:

· Highly detail-oriented

· Strong math, writing and communication skills

· Knowledge and love of the independent and designer market

· Strong work ethic and a natural drive to take initiative

· Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Schedule and Compensation:

· 25 - 40 hours a week

· Hourly or salary plus bonus opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
