Communications Director directs an organization's internal and external communications strategies and programs. Directs and oversees communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products. Suggests promotional campaign ideas in various types of media, as well as counsels top management on effective communication strategies. Additionally, Communications Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Communications Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Communications Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Responsibilities

    As an Heavy Equipment Operator, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

    **THIS IS A TRAVEL POSITION**
    Schedule: 3-4 weeks on 1 weeks off

    In addition, you will:

    • Operate light construction equipment, including backhoes, cable plow, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers & other types of machinery & assure maintenance of these as required.
    • Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
    • Read and understand utility locates and above ground utility indicators to ensure the safety of the crew and a high level of productivity

    MOS Codes 12N, 12V, 21E, and 21J relate well to this position.
