Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals in the field. A team player that is highly motivated. Looking for someone to bang on doors, turn every stone, and not get discouraged when a potential customer says NO.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling and networking
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience in account management, sales, customer service, technical sales, Salesforce, technology sales, business development, negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
