The ideal candidate will be responsible for all things editorial for Testsigma's content strategy. This will involve bringing in best practices and continuously improving our content to support our growth goals.
Experience
6 years of experience in content writing and editing roles. Experience in working with similar roles in press journalism and/or SaaS/technology companies is good to have, but not required. Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices is also good to have, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an editorial guide for Testsigma and evangelize it internally for adoption.
Be the editorial gatekeeper for all things content.
Coordinate with freelance contributors.
Proofread and edit spelling, grammar and syntax.
Write non-technical content pieces like customer stories, press releases, internal communications and other brand-related content.
Ensure that content meets the business’s needs, and follows our in-house style guide.
Work with the graphic design team to ensure a visually appealing experience for our content.
Manage a busy workload according to the deadline.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in journalism or engineering (Computer applications or related field)
Excellent command of the English language.
Exceptional writing, copy editing, and proofreading experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms.
