The ideal candidate has experience at companies that have undergone strategic, cultural or digital transformation. This self-starter possesses incredible attention to detail and will bring a global mindset and innovative ideas to this fast-paced consumer products company. Manage associate-facing communications initiatives and channels and implement day-to-day internal communications programs that engage and motivate associates. Timely management and monitoring of intranet content. Work with key collaborators to ensure respective content is up to date (In Touch). Creation and delivery of newsletters (SOAR and My Total Well-being newsletters). Focus on People and Culture initiatives globally, including associate experience, HR, (benefits, training, recruiting and engagement) and DEI&B. Collaborate with HR, IT, Commercial Business Units and other groups to build aligned internal messaging that exemplifies our Elevate for Growth business strategy. Work closely with stakeholders to build, manage and implement strategic, creative communications campaigns using editorial, video and graphic content – with an eye on aligning across initiatives and channels. Design and implement creative storytelling plans and articles that align with Helen Troy’s core business and cultural objectives, and that deliver measurable value and a compelling audience experience. Act as an “internal communications reporter” and consistently craft plans and stories that bring to life Helen of Troy's next-era strategy and culture, highlighting the people and teams behind our success. Support IC team with the execution of All Associate meetings, global internal campaigns, culture transformation efforts and other associate-focused initiatives and events. Contribute relevant internal content to social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, to engage and inform associates and potential candidates. Skills needed to be successful in this role: Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas, shape stories, be a trusted resource for internal stakeholders, and develop and implement robust internal communications programs and projects. Must be flexible and able to astutely manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communications track record in fast-paced environments that have undergone digital or cultural transformations. In-depth knowledge of internal communications best practices. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field. 8 years of internal communications work experience. MS Office proficiency and email content tool experience required, proficient in AP style. Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to write effective internal communications materials with keen attention to detail. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Preferred Qualifications: Career or recruiting-related social media experience. In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $75,910- $136,796 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
