In this role, you will: Manage a team of managers and more experienced level individual contributors responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans that advance Wells Fargo’s reputation as an industry leader Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization’s technology transformation goals and reinforce its desired culture. Encourage the team to become advocates for the technology-driven initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous development. Collaborate to enhance employee experience in alignment with the organizations culture. Create communication plans to support technology-driven changes and guiding the team through transformation.
