The Communications Manager (CM) opportunity at TPC Treviso Bay (TB) is a special one; TB is considered one of the top communities in both Naples and Southwest Florida and with a history of internal promotion and tenured senior staff members. The new CM will be an active ‘front-facing’ communications leader supporting the efforts of the GM/COO and working closely with the Board, Committees, and other Senior Leaders to continue to ensure Treviso Bay stays relevant to its members, staff, and future. The key to success for the new CM is to be a highly organized ‘multi-tasker’ who has natural engagement skills, is very visible and responsive to member and employee needs.

As you cross over The Bridge and enter through the gatehouse, you are met by the amazing and extensive Garden Centers and picturesque fountains of Treviso Bay. Our location in East Naples is just minutes away from Naples’ famous 5th Avenue elite shopping and entertainment district, pristine beaches and is surrounded by the natural beauty of the TPC Treviso Bay Golf Club and the Rookery Bay National Estuary Reserve.

• There are currently 7 members of the Board of Directors Treviso Bay Master Association and 7 members of the Board of Directors in the TPC Treviso Bay Golf Club, each serving a 2-year term
• Master Association Committees include ARC, Communications, Finance, Food and Beverage, Governance, Landscape, Property and Maintenance, Social Activities, Sports, and Strategic Planning.
• Golf Club Committees include Communications, Finance, Golf Course Maintenance, Golf Services, Governance, and Strategic Direction.
• Pending capital projects - 2024 La Piscina Grill kitchen expansion and re-branding and construction of an outdoor bar at the Clubhouse. Both projects are included in the Community Master Plan.
