    The Role

    We're looking for a Digital Communications Manager to join our Gothenburg team. You will work closely with our Nordic customers with ongoing updates, advice and support technical and content issues of digital assignments. Our Swedish office works with 120 listed companies on NASDAQ Stockholm and you will be the link between our customer's digital communication, the platform it is based on and the website itself, which is also operated internally.

    The position can be shaped based on your previous experience and knowledge, as well as you have the opportunity to develop your responsibilities over time. The Group has 500 communications specialists in its offices in Gothenburg, Helsinki, London, New York, Phoenix and Vadodara, India.     What You'll Be Doing

    • Manage support cases and provide consultative customer support / advice via email and phone
    • Update of customers' websites with, for example, text, documents, images, structure and functionality
    • Bug fixes
    • Guide the customer in the interface of the website
    • Coordinate, lead and deliver smaller web projects from start to implementation
    • Internal dialogue between you and other colleagues within IDX, such as developers and web designers

     

    About You

    • Have a post-secondary education in finance, marketing and/or communication
    • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
    • Good communicative ability and thrive in a role with many contact areas
    • Unafraid to take your own initiative and take on new challenges
    • Collaborative and process-oriented with the ability to make decisions in a firm and methodical way
    • Quality and accuracy is something that describes your way of working
    • Good ability to structure and plan your work
