    Position Overview :

    Will answer day to day inquiries, prepare, input and maintain various employee records and perform new hire orientations.

    Provide administrative and clerical support while practicing good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

    Position Responsibilities :

    • Provide administrative, clerical and organizational support to the Human Resources Department.
    • Maintain an organized filing system for regional / system records.
    • Update and maintain HR systems.
    • Collect data and prepare department reports as required.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    Position Requirements :

    • Associate's degree preferred. PHR certification strongly desired.
    • 2 years human resource experience or human resource course work required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Excel and Word.
    • Able to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, interruptions.
    • High attention to detail, accuracy, initiative and follow-through.
