Internal Communications Manager
This position is responsible for managing internal communication for the Mohegan Enterprise and serving as a project manager for various projects requiring significant or sensitive messaging. The incumbent will develop and execute an internal communications strategy, ensure company employment brand standards are met, drive consistency in messaging including digital resources for the enterprise (company intranet, career websites, etc.). Also responsible for creating communication copy for newsletters, employer recognition press releases, and enterprise memos. Reporting directly to the Director of People Experience, the position supports all enterprise team member communications ensuring engagement and a positive experience.
