• Under broad direction, is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within the turnaround execution. Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff. Participates in the development of project controls strategy and is responsible for global processes and procedures in safety, project risk control, cost control, scheduling, and execution. Skills required for this job are extensive Turnaround coordination experience.
• Conduct business within the company safety processes & procedures, create a safe culture among execution team leaders & members.
• Follow appropriate company SHEQ standards, assist operations and senior management with terms, commercials, qualifications, and exceptions.
• Good management practices, able to review a situation and take the lead to bring issue to completion. Must be forward thinking and not wait on upper management to direct TAR managers roles / responsibilities.
