Communications Representatives assist in the marketing and sales of current products and services by providing product information, solutions, and customer service.

Responsibilities of the Communications Representative Position: 

• Working with team members to execute community-based promotional fundraising events aimed at increasing donations for our charity partners 
• Keeping updated on industry trends and regularly informing sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities for improvement.
• Effectively promote our charity partners' focus to prospective donors
• Collect and organize detailed records of daily donations 
• Establishing positive, supportive relationships with the community and providing feedback to senior management
• Contributing to the daily growth and development of both our charity partners' mission and our company core mission

Skills & Must-Haves of our Next Communications Representative:

• A high school diploma or equivalency is required
• Associate's or two-year program degree is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, business, or marketing is encouraged
• Enthusiasm for learning new information and skills
• Accurate implementation of protocol and strategy, given the proper training and instruction
• Ability to work both individually and collaboratively toward goals in market visibility, sales, and customer service
