Community Development Compliance Specialist jobs in Lexington, KY

Community Development Compliance Specialist ensures the organization's adherence with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) banking laws. Reviews and analyzes lending activity data as well as other activities and policies of the organization to ensure compliance with CRA policies. Being a Community Development Compliance Specialist coordinates the preparation of required government, regulatory, and other compliance documents for all community development activities. Advises management and coordinates with legal staff on potential impact of actions. Additionally, Community Development Compliance Specialist develops and recommends guidelines and standards to assist with compliance. Has current and extensive knowledge of all CRA regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Community Development Compliance Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    Coordinates educational offerings based on the identified needs of the staff and the Clinical Excellence Council.
    Coordinates the Mandatory Annual Evaluation Program (i.e., safety, infection control, CPR, etc.). Coordinates in collaboration with Department Managers, the orientation program for new employees. Generates a calendar of educational offerings.
    Acts as a resource for obtaining references and educational materials for clinical staff and patient/family education based on identified needs.
    Assists with the coordination and participates in activities to improve organizational performance.
    Assists with facility wide efforts related to State requirements and JCAHO standards requirements.
    Uploads all educational lesson plans both annual and on an as needed basis for all employees and physicians.
    Monitors the progress of staff education and reports to managers any outliers. Assumes related duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    Minimum EducationBachelor’s Degree Required
    Required SkillsBasic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
    Licenses:Registered Nurse RN License in State of KY
    Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
    Minimum Work ExperiencePrior experience in management, charge, supervisor, or other leadership PreferredPrior experience in field of discipline Preferred
