Community Development Compliance Specialist ensures the organization's adherence with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) banking laws. Reviews and analyzes lending activity data as well as other activities and policies of the organization to ensure compliance with CRA policies. Being a Community Development Compliance Specialist coordinates the preparation of required government, regulatory, and other compliance documents for all community development activities. Advises management and coordinates with legal staff on potential impact of actions. Additionally, Community Development Compliance Specialist develops and recommends guidelines and standards to assist with compliance. Has current and extensive knowledge of all CRA regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Community Development Compliance Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Supplier Quality Specialist

As a Supplier Quality Specialist, you'll be a key player in our collaborative environment, working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.

    How you will make an impact:
    • Perform supplier qualifications in support of QMS including, supplier audits, review of Quality Agreements, review of certifications, and review of supplier surveys.
    • Documentation support
    • Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL)
    • Review and support Supplier Corrective Action requests (SCARs) and responses
    • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and communicate supplier expectations
    • Facilitate meetings between Engineering, Supplier Management, and Purchasing
    • Monitor supplier performance and supplier qualifications to assist in maintaining the status of the supplier
    • Support development and maintenance of supplier management procedures and processes
    • Support supplier management process improvements
    • Support QMS collection and trending of supplier-related quality data
    • Manage and maintain supplier quality databases
    To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
    • Associates/Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent working experience is preferred
    • 3 years of experience with Supplier Quality
    • Experience auditing external suppliers recommended
    • Corrective and Preventive Action with suppliers
    • Support and Participate in compliance and regulatory audits and inspections
    • Strong written/verbal communication skills, attention to detail
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings
    • Ability to analyze data for accuracy and correctly interpret results
    • Skilled in various computer programs. Including but not limited to: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, OneNote, ERP and MRP tools
