Capture Managers

Capture Managers are accountable for the identification and qualification of opportunities. This may include leading capture and proposal activities, and arranging/coordinating opportunities in a highly dynamic, deadline intensive environment. 

Proposal Managers

Proposal Managers play a crucial role in coordinating and generating responses for various types of proposals, such as RFIs, PPQs, ITTs, RFPs, and more. They are responsible for ensuring smooth execution of the proposal process by introducing and implementing necessary procedures and governance.

Proposal Writers

LSI’s Proposal Writer is responsible for writing compliant, and compelling proposal responses to commercial and federal solicitation requirements.  The Proposal Writer will work closely with the Capture Manager, Proposal Managers, Volume Leads, SMEs, and functional departments as necessary.

Grant Writers

The grant writer is responsible for creating a variety of high-quality content for our company and clients. This position may require research and writing for various projects for grants, proposals, and private funding opportunities. They will prepare proposals by determining concept, gathering, and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.
