• Minimum 15 years of SSHO experience on federal government construction projects- heavy civil engineering background
• Must be certified
• Ability to follow company standards
• Must be a United States Citizen and be able to pass a Government Security Check
• Strong communications skills, verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Aptitude to build strong relations with clients
• Proficiency in prioritizing and deadline management
• Ability to plan, prepare, and analyze documents
• Ability to identify risks
• Ability to review facilities and equipment in order to identify and prevent likely causes of failure
• Ability to identify hazards and mitigate safety issues through comprehensive Activity Hazard Analysis
• Scheduling and conducting regular safety meetings
