Grade Potential Tutoring is currently seeking dedicated full-time Community Relations Managers (Customer Service) to join our team. With over 20 years of service, we're an established company committed to excellence. We are experiencing significant growth and expect our Customer Service Team to more than double over the next 4-6 months. This will create multiple new growth opportunities within the department.
This remote/work-from-home position offers 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday (full-time). Weekly paid overtime is typical, ranging from 2 to 8 hours per week depending on the time of the year, and how busy we are.
We start at $16 per hour, with an opportunity for raises based on performance reviews and meeting criteria. Most new team members get to at least $17 per hour within the first year. Our compensation package also includes monthly profit-sharing bonuses ranging from $150 to $500. Most team members are earning at least $18.75 per hour (including bonuses) within the first year. Additionally, we offer a $125 monthly contribution towards health insurance for those opting into the group plan, along with generous paid time off ranging from 3-6 weeks.
Two immediate opportunities for advancement exist. First, is by showing your ability to be a true problem solver which gets our team members promoted to a “Senior Community Relations Manager”, and the second is to be promoted to a “Team Leader”. Each of these promotions can be earned independently, or both can be earned at the same time. Each promotion comes with additional hourly pay, as well as additional bonus opportunities.
Earning one of these promotions allows for total earnings, with bonuses, to be in the $21-$25 per hour range, and earning both promotions allows for total earnings, with bonuses, to be in the range of $23-$27 per hour.
We have 2 shifts currently available. The first is 8:45am-5:45pm Pacific Time, and the second is 10:00am-7:00pm Pacific Time.
As a Community Relations Manager, your responsibilities will primarily involve answering phones, directing calls to appropriate team members, addressing general customer inquiries, and assisting clients and tutors with their questions and concerns. In addition, you will be responsible for retaining customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This fast-paced role requires individuals comfortable with remote work and adept at collaborating within a solo environment. Please note that we are not just a call center, our interactions focus on engaging with students and tutors utilizing our tutoring services.
