Community Health Development Partners (CHDP) is a community focused, quickly growing organization that is seeking an entrepreneurially minded financial analyst to join our dynamic team. The financial analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to support sound financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, including variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts, contributing to budgeting and strategic planning processes
• Evaluate investment opportunities and potential risks
• Collaborate with management to develop financial models and make recommendations for optimizing financial performance
• Conduct industry research and stay informed about market trends and economic conditions
• Communicate financial insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
• Experience in tax credit or other incentive financing a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools and techniques
• Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and other relevant software
