Community Development Representative implements the economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Establishes and maintains relationships with groups and organizations in the community to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Being a Community Development Representative develops an understanding of public programs and community needs to ensure effective community outreach and support development. Represents the institution within the community and is a resource for information about products and services that are available. Additionally, Community Development Representative adheres to all operational procedures and complies with Community Reinvestment Act and other regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Inside Sales/Customer Service - Responsible for managing customer relationships, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers while developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
Education
· Business Degree or equivalent experience.
Tasks and Work Activities
· Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Interface directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or in person.
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with potential customers. Maintain customer databases and Set’s up new customer accounts.
· Supports sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
· Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
· Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
· Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns, Responds to customer complaints.
· Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
· Prepare and present sales reports to management.
· Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date on industry trends.
· Recommend customer service policies and procedures.
· Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing and availability to promote sales.
· Customer order management, Monitors inventory production and allocation, managing order changes & expediting.
· Working with CSR in preparation of the weekly shipping schedule
· Coordinates with other departments to verify status of orders or coordinate new orders.
· Works with planning, production, and quality to set production priorities.
· Promote a positive pride for workmanship environment in the plant.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
· Indoors – This position is located in the office of Fabric Development.
· The typical work day is a primarily sitting and working at a desk and using a computer
· Employee must be able to bend, stretch, and lift up to 20 lbs.
· Duration of a Typical Work Week – This position is a five(5) day work week consisting of eight (8) hours per day.
