Community Development Representative implements the economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Establishes and maintains relationships with groups and organizations in the community to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Being a Community Development Representative develops an understanding of public programs and community needs to ensure effective community outreach and support development. Represents the institution within the community and is a resource for information about products and services that are available. Additionally, Community Development Representative adheres to all operational procedures and complies with Community Reinvestment Act and other regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Community Development Representative occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain an effective and harmonious working relationship with residents and employees.
    • Dispatch tenant work orders.
    • Assist Property Managers by maintaining updated and accurate files on all tenant related items.
    • Prepare standard tenant notification memos for review and distribution.
    • Manage security access card programming if needed.
    • Maintain spreadsheet tracking for miscellaneous tenant items as needed.
    • Assist Community Managers in maintaining positive tenant relations programs assuring good public relations and tenant satisfaction programs are in place.
    • Assist Community Managers in planning tenant events.
    • Maintain filing system for all routine reports and other deadlines required during a given week, month and quarter.
    • Performs other site or department specific duties as assigned.
