Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Provide accurate and efficient resolution to customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure all information is entered correctly into the system
• Identify and escalate issues that require immediate attention to the appropriate parties
• Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products and services to customers
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple software systems simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
