As the first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with account management. You will also promote our products and services, ensure member satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service
• Answer member inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
• Assist members with account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Resolve member complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct member account reviews to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Process loan applications and provide guidance on loan options and terms
• Educate members on financial literacy and assist with financial planning

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
