Being a Community Development Representative develops an understanding of public programs and community needs to ensure effective community outreach and support development. Represents the institution within the community and is a resource for information about products and services that are available. Additionally, Community Development Representative adheres to all operational procedures and complies with Community Reinvestment Act and other regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Community Development Representative occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Due to new performance objectives, we are actively seeking top talent to join our Orlando-based team as an Entry Level Sales Representative.

    The Entry Level Sales Representative is a full-time, permanent position. The Entry Level Sales Representative will act as a direct liaison between AT&T and prospective customers. They will be responsible for conducting field sales while utilizing a generated lead list and delivering professional product presentations based upon the customer’s wants and needs.

    Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:

    • Execute field sales in an assigned territory
    • Communicate directly with prospective customers and deliver engaging product presentations while answering questions, providing accurate price quotes, and facilitating the sales process
    • Acquire, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers through direct follow-up of client-provided leads
    • Assist new and existing customers through the sales process, educating them on products and services
    • Utilize negotiation techniques and product promotion to increase sales
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client and product knowledge
    • Participate in one-on-one training focused on company core values of customer service, innovative sales solutions, and equitable decisions for the customers
    • Strategize with senior-level management to maximize company profitability within a specified market

    Entree Level Sales Representative Basic Qualifications:

    • At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
    • Proven skills with relationship building,
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
    • Demonstrate consistent ability to maintain composure under pressure even if faced with difficult situations
    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
    • Six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training (preferred)
    • Reliable transportation to on-site location
    • Monday to Friday (Weekends and evenings as needed)

    Entry Level Sales Representative is a performance-based position and is paid on a weekly basis. Top earners average between $55,000-65,000 per year and average earners range between $42,000-$54,000 per year. Comprehensive training is provided for all new employees and they are entitled to guaranteed weekly training pay.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week

    Shift:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Day shift

    Supplemental pay types:

    • Bonus opportunities
    • Commission pay

    Weekly day range:

    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed
