Optimum RV, a full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a Sales Development Professionals to join our team!

We’re looking for results-driven RV Sales Development Professionals to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Qualified candidates will provide solutions for every customer, will boost top-line revenue growth and customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

We offer excellent pay and benefits with earnings up to $120,000 per year!

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Adjust content of sales presentations by determining needs of the customer.
• Reach out to customer leads and provide consistent follow-up.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Must work weekends; Days off are either MON/TUE or WED/THUR

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous Sales Experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM/CRM practices
• GED or High School Diploma
