Bright Hopes Community Childcare in Barberton, OH is looking for one Assistant Director to join our 5 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Assist Director in overseeing day to day operations *Assist Teachers in the classroom *Work Directly with Staff and Families *Must be available early mornings and evenings

Qualifications

*CDA or Early Childhood Education Degree *Cpl level 3 or higher *High school diploma or GED *3 or more years of experience in Director role *Must have a valid drivers license *Must be able to pass a Background check *Must pass drug test
