Come join our dedicated team of Healthcare professionals in a warm and caring environment. We are currently seeking a motivated Activity Director! The Activity Director is a key and visible department manager working directly with all residents and families.

Location: Perry, GA

The Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

• Planning and implementing activities to meet the resident's specific needs, to include large group, small group, and one-on-one participation
• Documenting as required by State and Federal regulations
• Inputting data on the Minimum Data Set and participation in plan of care, and other assessments and updates
• Delivering the resident's mail, newsletters, and other facility information
• Recruitment, retention, and involvement of volunteers with residents

The Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed;
• Valid driver's license in good standing with the State of Georgia
• Ability to meet all health requirements, including a drug screen.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• GHCA Activity Director certification is strongly preferred
