Description
Fox Trail Memory Care Living is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Director at our Cresskill, NJ location. As a Community Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents with memory impairment.
**Job Overview:**The Community Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, and leading a team of compassionate caregivers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role within a memory care setting and hold a valid LPN license.
**Responsibilities:**- Lead and manage a team of caregivers to provide excellent care and support for residents
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication management
- Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the community
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to enhance resident care
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current on best practices in memory care
**Requirements:**- LPN license preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a memory care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of state regulations and compliance standards for memory care communities
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
**Salary Range:**The salary range for this position is $XX,XXX to $XX,XXX per year.
