    Job Description: As the Director of Community Relations at Renaissance Care, you will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening relationships within our community. Your passion for making a positive impact and your exceptional networking abilities will be essential in promoting our company's brand awareness and growth. By establishing valuable partnerships and organizing community events, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering superior in-home personal care services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Network and engage with local community organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to increase brand awareness and establish Renaissance Care as the premier in-home personal care provider in our 16-county service area.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners to foster mutual growth opportunities.
    • Plan and execute community events to showcase Renaissance Care's services and engage with potential clients and partners.
    • Lead external business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
    • Visit local care providers in our service area to promote collaboration and referrals.
    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Represent Renaissance Care at community and industry events to enhance our presence and build valuable connections.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). OR High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in community relations, business development, or a related role preferred.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
    • Knowledge of the healthcare or senior care industry is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for community engagement.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the 16-county service area.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
