Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Home and Community Based Services, the Assistant Director of Home and Community Based Services manages the PASSPORT, MyCare Ohio, Ohio Home Care Waiver, and other Home and Community-based programs as may be assigned.
Essential Functions:
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Applicant must have strong leadership and management ability with successful supervisory experience in health/human services administration. Computer experience, public speaking and excellent writing skills required. Licensure as a Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Social Worker is required.
Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance. Must also pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
