Seeking a Marketing Adsmissions Director at our Assisted Living Community for Aventura at Bay Place. The Admissions and Marketing position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the surrounding senior communities, hospitals, care centers, churches, etc.. The role is to bring in more residents to our community, and build a name for us in Pinellas County. The Marketer helps with the intake process, move-in process, and communication to the clinical team. This position is both in the field and online marketing.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, print advertising, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and consumer trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
