JOB SUMMARY
The Home Health Director manages all aspects of the Home Health program. The Home Health Director provides leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, quality services, positive patient experiences, and compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Creates and sustains interdisciplinary collaborative relationships within the facility and works with hospital staff, clinic providers, community partners and others to promote home health services.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, reach, crouch and stoop during the normal course of the day. Strength and agility to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Requires frequent repetitive hand/wrist motions and finger manipulation. Requires normal/corrected vision and hearing to normal range. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
