We are located at 6610 Kitsap Way, Bremerton, and serve clients in Kitsap County and surrounding areas. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. Hours fluctuate between 32 - 10 hours per week. Although additional hours may be available on other days of the week, the applicant must be able to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 9 am - 4 pm, and some Wednesdays Noon - 8 pm. Due to the flexibility of this position, it serves best as supplemental income.

    • Role within the company: This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. As a member of the online estate sale team, this person will work on a team to sort, catalog, and photograph home inventory for estate sales. They are also responsible for cleaning the client's home after the estate sale is complete. The home must be cleaned within provided timeline and to the specifications of each client agreement. Attention to detail is a must. 

    Responsibilities include (not all-inclusive):

    • Work on a team to sort, catalog, and photograph home inventory for estate sales.
    • Pack and unpack client belongings.
    • Care for and manage company equipment.
    • Engage in company meetings.
    • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
    • Ensure all areas/rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
    • Notify the manager of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
    • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
    • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
    • Assist with auction buyer pick-up days as needed.
    • Other related tasks as requested by the client or manager.

    • Have a strong interest in antiques, vintage items, second-use, and resale inventory.
    • Empathy for those who have physical and mental health challenges.
    • Capable of handling a multitude of situations.
    • Demonstrate an ability to transfer vision into reality.
    • Communicate clearly, tactfully, and effectively.
    • Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
    • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

    • Speak the English language
    • High school degree or equivalent

    Hours

    • Depends on the project workload, but typically 10 - 32 hrs/week, and hours are scheduled Monday - Friday, between 9 am and 4 pm.
    • Although additional hours may be available on other days of the week, the applicant must be able to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 9 am - 4 pm, and some Wednesdays Noon - 8 pm.
    • Flexible hours; we can usually work with your schedule. Due to the flexibility of this position, it serves best as supplemental income.
    • Some evening hours are required during buyer pick-up days, typically Wednesday 2 pm - 8pm.
    • Occasional weekend hours. (Not typical, but do occur at times)

    •  2 Hours of paid leave for every 40 hours worked = up to 104 hours of paid leave per year.
