Assists with program grant writing and fundraising efforts. Remains current on childhood safety topics and injury prevention strategies. Provides training relevant to the community programs under their direction and prepares and presents Safe Kids meetings. Provides community education as requested using age appropriate resources and techniques. Completes all program and grant reporting requests from Safe Kids Worldwide in a timely manner. Attends Safe Kids meetings routinely. Maintains all required records of courses and community education provided including course rosters, evaluations, and quality improvement monitoring tools. Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
