FIELD ORGANIZER
The Kentucky Democratic Party’s Coordinated Campaign is hiring Field Organizers (FOs) for the 2023 general election cycle. We are looking for passionate, hardworking organizers committed to building a persuasion and turnout operation that will power Democrats to victory up and down the ballot in 2023, including reelecting Governor Andy Beshear. Field Organizers are responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and engaging in direct voter contact. The chosen candidates will be responsible for meeting goals and delivering the margin of victory in their region and will directly report to their Regional
Field Director.

This position is paid an hourly rate equivalent to a monthly salary of $4,062.50 per month, with 100% employer-paid health insurance. This position is full time through the 2023 General Election. This is an in-person position and will require relocation to an assigned region within Kentucky.
