We are seeking highly organized, proactive, compassionate individuals to join our team as a CARE Outreach Specialist to support our members, their families, and our clinical team.   

As a CARE Outreach Specialist, you will play a pivotal role as the face of our company in the community. Your role involves engaging with community members, promoting brand awareness, and serving as a vital link between the heart of our organization and the local community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conduct outreach and attend community events to represent Gloria Gates CARE and enhance its visibility. 

• Present Gloria Gates CARE mission and values in front of audiences of varying sizes. 

• Ensure consistency in messaging and representation of the Gloria Gates CARE identity. 

• Engage and nurture potential members and their families by providing information about our CARE services. 

• Actively network and collaborate with community leaders and influencers to identify opportunities to connect with current Medicaid and Medicare recipients. 

• Identify partnership opportunities to further our brand presence. 

• Ability to transition into a Member CARE Advocacy role, building on the relationships established through outreach.  

EXPECTATIONS:

• Demonstrate and promote the values of respect, honesty, and dignity for the patient, families, and the healthcare team. 

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

• Willingness to travel in the community up to 80% 

• Ability to work independently and within a team. 

• Basic computer skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft office software and communication tools. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Maintain confidentiality and protect the practice by abiding by all laws and principles related to confidentiality; keep information concerning practice operations, members, their families, and staff confidential.   

• Successful completion of background check and drug screen  

• Maintain compliance with all Gloria Gates CARE standards, including Conduct, Compliance, and all other policies and procedures.   

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. 

• Previous experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.
