Direct Care Staff /HTS /Job Coach with Sign on Bonus ($500)(Lawton)

ADDITIONAL $3000 Bonus potential through DSP Program.

• Providing caregiving /direct care to physically or mentally challenged adults in their homes
• Serving as a companion to clients
• Preparing meals
• Providing bathing and dressing assistance
• Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Training daily habilitation and behavioral goals
• Keeping proper care records and reporting changes to management team

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass background check
• Reliable transportation and valid insurance
• Ability to attend mandated training, to safely care for service recipients
