COMMUNITY OUTREACH SPECIALIST jobs in Madison, AL

Primary Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains and supports volunteers
• Maintains communication with donors and potential donors through newsletters, social media, traditional media, and donor recognition programs
• Coordinates agency and community special events
• Represents the agency through presentations, agency fairs, tours, and public speaking
• Solicits donations, sponsorships, planned gifts and gifts in kind

Experience/Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High level of experience with social media and website maintenance
• Experience with Constant Contact preferred
• Experience with Donation Tracker and WordPress highly desired

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
• Database management and report generation
• Videography, photography, graphic design experience a plus
• Organization and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
