JOB SUMMARY:

The Community Outreach and Alumni Coordinator is responsible for creating a robust alumni program to ensure alumni are engaged, informed, and inspired. The position must have the ability to create strong internal equity with staff to assist in continuing care plans and overall positive client experience. This position must be able to effectively communicate our value proposition to attorneys, probation officers, community organizations, other treatment programs, labor unions, EAPs, hospitals, medical staff, clinicians, state and government agencies, and the direct consumer (parents and/or families). Responsible for working with the admissions staff directly in delegating inbound calls from alumni for all re-admission processes or outreach efforts beyond Alumni Coordinators’ ability. Develops, designs, and arranges for publicity and promotional materials for alumni functions and/or services, in assigned area of responsibility.
