members for a 44-story luxury high-rise condominium tower in downtown Austin.
Candidates should enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for
residents and vendors, a professional appearance and polished communication skills are critical for success. This is a
salaried position and the typical workweek is 40 hours, Monday – Friday. Frequently, the director must be available to
answer employee phone calls outside of scheduled working hours i.e., night and weekends. At times, they will be
available to cover unscheduled absences outside of scheduled workdays. Customer, vendor, and employee interactions
will regularly occur in person, by phone, and virtually.
