SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Springs Rescue Mission considers every position one of ministry and a vital and valued part of our team. The person in this role develops mutually beneficial relationships within Colorado Springs community to aid the care and transformation of individuals struggling with poverty, homelessness, and addiction. Specifically, this position is responsible for growing Springs Rescue Mission’s dynamic and popular sustainer program: Good Samaritan Sponsors. The Donor Partnership Specialist will be able to work with a high degree of independence, coordinate multiple relationships, and manage relationships effectively utilizing the Mission’s CRM platform. This full-time position reports to the Major Gift Officer. The secondary goal for the person in this role will be to oversee and grow volunteer Ambassadors to represent SRM in the community.
