This remote/work-from-home position offers 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday (full-time). Weekly paid overtime is typical, ranging from 2 to 8 hours per week depending on the time of the year, and how busy we are.

Additionally, we offer a $125 monthly contribution towards health insurance for those opting into the group plan, along with generous paid time off ranging from 3-6 weeks.

Two immediate opportunities for advancement exist. First, is by showing your ability to be a true problem solver which gets our team members promoted to a “Senior Community Relations Manager”, and the second is to be promoted to a “Team Leader”. Each of these promotions can be earned independently, or both can be earned at the same time. Each promotion comes with additional hourly pay, as well as additional bonus opportunities.

Earning one of these promotions allows for total earnings, with bonuses, to be in the $21-$25 per hour range, and earning both promotions allows for total earnings, with bonuses, to be in the range of $23-$27 per hour.
