The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Director of Community Relations.

The Director of Community Relations reports to the Associate Vice President of Public Affairs and will initiate and build working relationships with faculty, staff, students, university departments, local community organizations, and community leaders to promote meaningful engagement within our community. This role serves as a campus and community liaison, connecting and communicating across the organization, and representing Notre Dame on a variety of initiatives with nonprofit organizations and community stakeholders to develop mutually beneficial partnerships that yield impact. This position will lead the implementation of a communication plan in collaboration with OPAC partners. In addition, this position manages the University's Economic Impact assessment, and provides strategic review of processes and metrics to evaluate the impact of campus-community engagement through EngageND, an internal measurement tool.

Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree or Bachelors degree (5 Years) or advance certification
7 years or more experience

Strong organizational skills; Self-motivated; Proven communication abilities; Ability to multi-task and manage broad groups of individuals; Ability to serve as an effective representative for the University.
