In supporting the employee compensation function, the Compensation Analyst, guided by the Compensation Manager, prepares various reports and data to facilitate job analyses, market reviews, and evaluations at the Clinic.   Key Responsibilities Provide data analysis for new hire offers, promotions, and internal job changes.Maintain compensation policies to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.Participate in salary surveys to benchmark compensation practices against industry trends.Support position management processes within the organization.Collect and maintain data to ensure the Clinic remains competitive in attracting and retaining high-quality employees.Support the administration of salary increases and variable pay programs.Participate in ad hoc compensation projects as directed by the Compensation Manager.
