Local to Nashville – onsite/hybrid

JD:

• The Compensation Analyst plans, designs, evaluates and administers employee compensation programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, and performance appraisals.
• Support salary administration programs
• Administer annual bonus, equity award programs, and annual merit planning
• Works with internal and external resources to participate in market study analyses of the base, bonus, and other compensation measures
• Manage salary structure, job codes, and creation and maintenance of career framework

Looking for:

• General HR knowledge (essentially, compensation can be taught) Some titles that are helpful while sourcing: Compensation Specialist/Analyst, Total Rewards Analyst, Benefits Specialist/Analyst, HR Specialist/Analyst
• Dealing with confidential knowledge in any capacity
• Excel guru – this role will deal with some tedious reporting, so experience with pulling together data in spreadsheets
• Detail oriented
