    Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is currently seeking a full-time Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant in its Scranton, PA office. .

    The Legal Assistant position requires familiarity with Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation legal procedures and protocols. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to scheduling of depositions and medical examinations, subpoena procurement, preparing correspondence and legal documents, providing case management support and other general office duties. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, organized and efficient team player with exceptional attention to detail.

    High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of legal experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and use of case management software required.
