As a Premier Anesthesia Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to develop a unified culture among the team regarding practice style, clinical and operational objectives for the department. Partner with Hospital leaders to discuss clinical and operational elements of the program as well as over-arching perioperative program issues. We invest in our leaders through providing the opportunity to participate in our CME-awarded Medical Director meetings, access to clinical best practices, and leadership coaching through our Regional Medical Directors.

Join this award-winning facility as a Medical Director. Here are some key highlights for the positions we are seeking to fill:
10 weeks time off
Anesthesia services to include coverall of general and OB surgeries as well as other procedures requiring anesthesia
Team is comprised of 4 Full-Time Anesthesiologists and 2 Full-Time CRNAs
Beginning at 5:00 PM, call will be provided by (1) Anesthesiologist to cover house call until 7:00 AM the following morning
We cover malpractice and assist with credentialing
Full-time providers estimated to earn, $50,000 sign on bonus, $500,000 base salary, $40,000 Directors stipend. $20,000 per year quality bonus Malpractice and Tail coverage
