Compensation Manager leads the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Manages common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, pay program administration and other associated initiatives. Being a Compensation Manager ensures that base pay, incentive pay and performance management programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy. Directs data collection and analysis processes for market, pay equity, and other compensation studies. Additionally, Compensation Manager requires a bachelor's degree. May require a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Compensation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Compensation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Who You Are:

    We are currently seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster position. This position has accountability for the management of workers' compensation claims.

    The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work within a team environment and possess independent accountability that aligns with the corporate claims management philosophy. If you are interested in finding a career, this position has an array of additional professional opportunities available based upon the mentorship and training you will receive from this seasoned and energetic group.

    What You'll Do:

    • Assigned as a dedicated claims professional for purposes of account management
    • Account presentations to include proposals, kick-off trainings & executive reviews
    • Effectively manage an account’s injured employee claim files through conclusion
    • Actively coordinate transitional return to work for injured employees of assigned accounts
    • Make compensability decisions in accordance with state law
    • Travel to hearings, mediations & file reviews as appropriate

    Qualifications


    What You'll Need:

    • 2 years Workers Compensation Claims experience in GA, NC & SC
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Work from home, regional travel
    • Time management and the ability to work independently to accomplish goals
    • Excellent communication, customer service & interpersonal skills
